⚽ Course 06 – Ball Control
Ball control is the foundation of everything in football. Whether you’re receiving under pressure, manipulating the ball in tight spaces, or setting yourself up for your next action, great control gives you time, balance and confidence on the ball.
In this course, you’ll work on controlling the ball with both feet, using different surfaces of the foot, and developing control on the floor and in the air. You’ll also be challenged with variations using smaller balls, movement, balance, and game-based practices that replicate real match situations.
This is a single, extended session designed for players of all levels. Beginners can scale the exercises easily, while advanced players can push intensity, speed and consistency. Coaches can also use many of these practices within team sessions or individual development blocks.
